For anyone needing a deep reset. Guided by Alexandra Chow (FR/EN), who trained in hatha yoga, then in restorative practice and sound healing in India, and in crystal bowls here at AKI with Shannon van Staden and Lama Brian Hilliard.
Every Wednesday evening, 19:00 to 20:00, sixteen places, taught in French and English. No yoga experience is needed. Nothing to prepare. Nothing to prove.
Doors open at 18:30. Please arrive by 18:50 so we can begin on time. Herbal teas are waiting.

Coming often? With a class pass for either class, each class is €25 with five, or €22 with ten. Already have one? Log in before booking and your classes apply at checkout.
Doors open half an hour before class. Please arrive ten minutes early so we can begin on time. Herbal teas will be waiting.
We provide mats, blocks, bolsters, eye pillows, straps and blankets. Dress in comfortable layers.
Each class is guided by a sound healer trained here at AKI, with sixteen places. Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.

Each class runs when three or more guests are booked by the evening before. If a class does not reach that number, we will let you know and move your place to another date or refund you.
