Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Every bowl that leaves our studio is wrapped with great care and sent to you with intention. We want you to feel held at every step, including the moment you change your mind. This is how returns, cancellations, and your right of withdrawal work at AKI.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EU law gives you the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days begin on the day you, or someone you name, receive the last item in your order. You may also withdraw at any point before your order is shipped.

To exercise this right, simply let us know within the 14 days. The easiest way is to use the withdrawal function in your account: https://account.akisoundstudio.com. You can also write to us at hello@akisoundstudio.com with your name and your order number, and we will confirm your request by email.

Cancelling before your order ships

If you wish to cancel before your bowl has been dispatched, use the same withdrawal form or write to us, and we will stop the order and return your payment in full.

Your refund

We will wait until your returned items reach us, and are confirmed to be in original condition and undamaged. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Returning your bowl with care

Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are precious, living instruments, and they are fragile. If you are returning one, please:

• Return it in its original packaging, packed in the same way it was sent to you, so it travels safely home.
• Photograph the bowl before you repack it — 6 photos in total (all 4 sides, the top, and the base) — and email them to us at hello@akisoundstudio.com.
• Send it fully insured for its full value, by a tracked courier such as UPS. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you.
• Send your return within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day is fine.

You are welcome to unwrap and handle your bowl to understand its nature and sound, just as you would in our studio. The photographs and original packaging help us confirm its condition and care for you if anything is amiss.

If your bowl arrives damaged

In the rare event a bowl arrives broken, please photograph the packaging exactly as it reached you, before and as you open it, and contact us straight away at hello@akisoundstudio.com. At delivery, inspect the package for any visible damage; if you have any doubt, photograph the unopened package with the driver present and open it in their presence. Damage that occurs after opening, through accident or play, is not covered by the 14-day guarantee, as our bowls do not break on their own.

Trainings and in-studio experiences

The Power of Sound Healing trainings and our in-studio Alchemy Crystal Sound Baths are services delivered on a specific date. Under EU law, dated services like these are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. By booking a training or experience for a set date, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply, and the following terms hold:

• Deposits are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds during or after a course or experience.
• If you cannot attend a confirmed live date, we may be able to offer one reschedule, subject to availability, if you write to us at hello@akisoundstudio.com no later than 7 days before your date. A reschedule fee of €250 applies, and a booking may be rescheduled only once.
• If you do not attend without at least 7 days' notice, the fee is forfeited and we are under no obligation to reschedule.
