RETURNS POLICY

According to EU law, you may cancel and return the order within 14 days from the delivery day. For returned orders, the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with special care that it is packaged in the same way it was sent. You must photograph the merchandise, with 6 photos (4 sides, top and bottom) and send them by email to us. In the very unlikely event that you receive the crystal bowls broken, you must photograph the packaging as you received it immediately. Any damage to the bowl occurring after opening the box is NOT covered by the 14 day guarantee.

For returns within the 14 day limit you must contact us in order to understand the return process and to avoid unnecessary problems related to shipping. Please contact us at our Customer Service email.

You must understand that alchemy crystal singing bowls are extremely fragile and do not just break without your agency. If you do not understand how to treat alchemy crystal singing bowls, please contact us for guidance.

Returning merchandise should be in the original packaging and sent by UPS with full cost of the merchandise fully insured by UPS. You pay the shipping costs. The shipping date must be within 14 days of the delivery date, and if this date falls on a weekend or holiday, shipping date must be on the following business day.

We strive to ensure that our packaging is very secure and safe for the bowls, and they are packed with great care. For online purchases of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, at the time of delivery, you must inspect the package(s) carefully to ascertain that there is no visible damage to the package. If there is any doubt regarding the condition of the package you must photograph the unopened package in the presence of the delivery driver, and open the package in his or her presence. You must contact us immediately if there is any damage to the items received. We strive to ensure that our packaging is very secure and safe for the bowls, and that they are packed with great care.

Furthermore, you must treat the bowls with great care. When lifting a bowl from a nested set, be sure to grasp the plastic wrap and lift straight up. Do not strike the bowl with any object too forcefully, and always chime and play gently. Aki Sound Studio is not responsible for any damage you cause as a result of carelessness, accidents or incorrect playing of the bowls.

REFUNDS POLICY FOR THE POWER OF SOUND HEALING TRAINING COURSES

By registering for The Power of Sound Healing courses with Aki Sound Studio, you, the student, hereby agree with the following terms and conditions:

All deposits are non-refundable. 

We do not offer refunds during or after the course. We do not offer refunds on deposits.

In the event that you are unable to attend a booked and confirmed live training date, we may be able to offer a reschedule of the training (subject to availability), provided you contact us no later than 7 days prior to the training course date by email to hello@akisoundstudio.com. Where it is possible to offer a reschedule of training, this will be subject to a rescheduling fee of €250. All courses can only be rescheduled on one occasion. Failing to attend the rescheduled date you will be required to book the training at full price.

When a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend for their booked live training date without a minimum of 7 day’s notice by email to hello@akisoundstudio.com, the course fee will automatically be forfeited and Aki Sound Studio will be under no obligation to provide any further rescheduling.
