HOW TO ENTER

Entry is open to both existing and new Sound Tribe members.

1. Join Sound Tribe

If you are not yet a member, sign up via the link below.

  • Membership is €15/month or €150/year
  • Your first 7 days are free, with full access to 110+ sound journeys recorded live at AKI Sound Studio in Brussels

To qualify, you must continue beyond the 7-day trial and hold an active (paid) membership at the time of the draw.

2. Existing Members

If you are already a Sound Tribe member, you will be automatically entered, provided your membership remains active (paid) at the time of the draw.


3. Refer a friend to earn additional entries 

  • Your unique referral link can be found under your profile when signed in via a web browser
  • Each successful referral (a new paying member) counts as one extra entry


4. Eligibility
 To be eligible to win:

  • You must hold an active (paid) membership at the time of the draw
  • You must follow @aki.soundstudio on Instagram
  • You must be present at the live draw to claim your prize


5. Winner Announcement
The winner will be selected at random and announced live on Instagram on:
Monday, 1 June 2026 at 8pm CET

If the winner is not present, another winner may be selected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Aki Sound Studio, Brussels, Belgium (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 or over, worldwide.
Employees of Aki Sound Studio and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 14 April 2026 and closes on 31 May 2026 at Midnight CET. Members must have active (paid) memberships in order to qualify, entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To be eligible, participants must complete all of the following steps during the giveaway period:

Once subscribed via our browser, you can download the Sound Tribe app via the App Store or Google Play for free for optimal listening experience

5. Prize
One winner worldwide will receive:

– One 8” crystal singing bowl
– One carrying bag
– One sonic wand
– One O-ring

Free worldwide shipping is included. All delivery costs, including any import duties and customs charges, are covered by the Promoter. There are no hidden costs to the winner.

6. Live Prize Draw
The winner will be selected and announced live on Instagram on Monday, 1 June at 20:00 CET via @akisoundstudio. 

The winner must be present and watching the live stream at the time of the draw in order to claim their prize.

To claim the prize, the winner must respond in the live stream comments within the duration of the live broadcast.

If the selected winner is not present or does not respond during the live stream, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner immediately during the same broadcast.

This process will continue until a present and responsive winner is identified.

7. Notification & Claiming the Prize
Once identified during the live draw, the winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 24 hours to arrange prize delivery. The winner must provide a valid delivery address within 14 days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.

8. Shipping
The prize will be shipped from Brussels, Belgium. The Promoter will cover all shipping and delivery costs worldwide, including any applicable import duties or customs fees.

9. General Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway at any time with reasonable notice.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means will be disqualified.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other third-party platform.

10. Privacy
Personal data collected through this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable EU data protection law (GDPR).

11. Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
