Are you ready for an inner cleansing with the help of your own voice?

Voice artist, musician and kora player Dymphi Peeters invites you into a safe and supportive group setting where you can open up, move forward with fresh perspective, and give expression to the music of your soul—both literally and metaphorically.
Through years of experience with intuitive music and voicework, Dymphi developed a unique method she calls VTRE: Vocal Tension Release Exercise.
Inspired by TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and the healing power of the voice, this method helps you release stress and trauma through the vibrational energy of your own sound. You’ll reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and learn how to use tone and resonance to restore your natural frequencies. Through your voice, you can even sing away pain and reconnect with your deepest self.

Shannon will share her artistry and unique technique of playing the bowls. You will have the chance to practice playing the alchemy crystal bowls, and there will be time for Q&A’s. The last hour is for browsing the sound studio.

This is not only a retreat. It is six days in the Mallorcan hills where rest and learning move as one — a place to be held by sound, and to begin holding it yourself. Set within Osa Major, a private sanctuary among rolling hills and ancient olive trees, your full Level 1 training is woven gently through the days, so you leave not only restored, but able to play, to care for your bowls, and to hold sound for yourself and others.
Guided by AKI’s co-founders Lama Brian Hilliard and Shannon van Staden, the days weave together meditation, heart-essence teachings, Tibetan Lujong yoga, Yin yoga, alchemy sound healing, and the complete foundations of Level 1 into one seamless rhythm.

Join us at Aki Sound Studio with Shannon & Marie Mestdagh for a sacred gathering honouring the timeless power of women coming together — a space of blooming, nourishment, and the full awakening of life force energy.
This intimate women's circle is a beautiful invitation to slow down, connect, and celebrate the magic that arises when women come together with intention and open hearts.
We will open with a sharing circle — a held space where whatever rises to the surface is welcome to be spoken and released, without response or feedback, simply witnessed with love. We then weave our voices and stories around the themes of sisterhood — renewal, passion, creativity, and all that is longing to come into flower within us. Together, we will arrange blossoms into a living mandala, an offering of beauty and intention at the heart of our space.
We will then drink ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and dropping into a deeper presence before surrendering into a deeply restorative sound bath with alchemy crystal bowls and shamanic instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash through you, carrying you into stillness and integration.
We close with a gentle closing circle, honouring each woman and the sacred space we have created together before stepping back out into the world.
This is a safe, nurturing space held with love — for rest, reflection, and remembering who we are when we are held by one another.

Join Shannon and Eloïse for a soft and grounding summer afternoon, created to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. We’ll begin with a welcoming circle before exploring the world of sound, crystal singing bowls, voice, and how frequency can support deep relaxation and balance. Shannon and Eloïse will guide a nourishing Yin practice, offering gentle poses to open the body and invite stillness.
From there, you’ll be led into a fully immersive sound healing journey, co-led with layered instruments and voice, designed to help you settle into a deeply restorative state. We’ll close with time for questions, sharing, and reflection.
An accessible, calming experience for anyone curious about Yin, sound, or simply in need of a mindful pause. No prior experience required.
