The sound bath is our core healing practice, unlearning by letting go into the subtle qualities of sonic resonance. It may be touch and go between a sense of dissolving, and then returning back to the familiar. At the time of dissolving we let go into a sense of oneness, or not twoness. We come to something fresh, ordinary and real, and meet ourselves like meeting an old friend. We resonate purely without any internal conflict.
