AKI Sound Studio is a luxury sound-healing house, born in Brussels, devoted to guiding people back to themselves through sound. Our circle is growing, and we are making space for two people to grow with us.
These are not ordinary roles. We move quickly, we wear many hats, and we care deeply about the details. We are looking for people who see what needs doing and begin, who love good tools and learn them fast, and who feel most alive when there is a lot in motion.

STUDIO & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
This is the heartbeat of our Brussels studio, in person and hands-on. You are the first warm presence our guests meet, and the steady hands behind everything that keeps the space flowing.
A single week might weave together welcoming clients for consultations and experiences, packing and shipping our alchemy crystal bowls with real care, capturing the life of the studio for social media, and supporting Shannon through the day-to-day. No two days look the same.
You are warm with people, precise with details, and happiest when you are moving between things rather than sitting still.

MARKETING & GROWTH LEAD
This is the voice and rhythm of AKI beyond the studio walls, and it can be carried from anywhere. You hold the storytelling that draws our work out into the world.
Your days might move between crafting newsletters in Klaviyo, shaping and running our ads, tending the website, building small automations that quietly save us time, and keeping our social channels alive. You are fluent in technology, quick to learn a new tool, and comfortable holding many threads at once.
You bring ideas, not only execution. You are as at ease with a spreadsheet as with a story.
